My own experiences of trauma, chronic illness, addiction, and the many layers of motherhood have changed the way I understand health, and shaped the support I want to offer other women.
I know how exhausting it can be to feel unwell without knowing why. To keep searching for answers while carrying the everyday weight of caring for others. To need care yourself while so much is still being asked of you.
I created The Remedy House to make room for that story. A place to arrive as you are, with your questions and the things you haven’t yet found words for. Together, we can take time to understand what you’re experiencing and find ways to care for you that feel possible within the life you’re living.
let’s begin with a conversation
You don’t need to arrive with the right words or a clear way forward. We can begin with what feels heavy, what keeps surfacing, or what you wish could be different—and take the time to understand it together.
